Abstract

To develop the quality of paper production the water source must be pure and filtered, to modify the filter system settings automatic processing of filter must be included. The model is constructed based on the database of operating parameter and water quality. The structure and the parameters of the neural networks for engineering control are obtained through the optimization algorithm and this model is applied to the PLC environment. Results show that the backwash model can predict the contaminants settled on the filter rapidly and effectively.
